The rollout of 5G, coupled with enhanced Wi-Fi capacity, is essential to ensure the availability of ubiquitous, reliable, secure and sustainable high-capacity networks. These are critical for the post-pandemic economic recovery and the development of a green and digital Europe.
To foster the 5G rollout and ensure that  it can live up to its full potential, Europe needs to create the right policy environment. In particular, AmCham EU considers that policymakers and regulators should:

Consultation response: Consumer Agenda 2025-2030

AmCham EU's consultation response in relation to the Consumer Agenda 2025-2030 calls on the Commission to streamline and harmonise consumer rules, accelerate digital product information, and provide clear EU-level guidance.
